Hampton Inn Frankfort

It was just an excellent fit for a swift visit in Frankfort with great value for the money. The staff were very friendly and helpful . Check your room first before settling in to make sure everything is in order.

Room was comfortable and clean, all appointments present and appreciated. Open coffee pot is a nice and necessary touch! Breakfast choices were very nice, indeed. Staff is very nice accommodating, and seem to care about their customers as well as their jobs....all very appreciated!

Being placed in a room next to the elevator....too noisy!

Clean hotel, close to highway, plenty of restaurant options nearby.

Bed was just okay, it was hard to get comfortable a few times. Otherwise everything else was great.

The hotel has a great location near Buffalo Trace. My room was spacious, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The breakfast featured tasty options, particularly the sausage patty, which really stood out. I appreciated the friendly staff, especially Ginger at the front desk. The decor felt outdated, not matching the usual Hampton standard. Some areas seemed worn down, especially the carpet and common spaces showing signs of age. The pool was noisy during the evening. Housekeeping missed checking essential items like body wash. Those factors affected the overall comfort of my stay, even though I enjoyed many aspects.

Reception did not tell me about the amenities of the hotel. Did not look me in the eye and was more concerned at talking to fellow employee then checking me in. Maid tried getting into our room before we were even out of bed. Maid's closet was right outside room so we were discussions and noise from 6:30 a.m. on

The bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I'm not a fan of steam table breakfast, but the price is right!

The Hampton Inn offered a very comfortable stay with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was ideal for my business meetings, providing easy access to highways. The breakfast included a good variety of options, great for a business traveler like myself.

The carpets in the hallway could use refurbishing.

Everyone was so helpful and kind. Breakfast was good and the hotel was nice.

The hotel was in a great position close enough to downtown restaurants and Frankfort thru the year and Lexington and Louisville. We stayed in a spotless room for drinks of water, and truly enjoyed it. The place was absolutely great, we would stay there again.

The dining area was lovely, adorned with vibrant plants and comfortable seating. It offered a pleasant atmosphere that was easy on the eyes and the spirit.

Need fresher carpets throughout the hotel.

Over charged me. Booked at one price and charged me higher price.

The lady at the check in desk her name was stephanie.every place i ask her for she gave me directions and was very knowledgeable to where those places were at.the breakfast staff was very friendly and made sure what wasnt out there to eat she made sure it was there before breakfast was over.the location was perfect because i didnt have to drive far once i got off the highway.

Well if a person is only staying for one day and book thru a third party they should still be able to get the perks

Only downside was the dated carpets. Could use a facelift.

I loved that we could easily walk to the beautiful Juniper Hill Park and the excellent Kentucky State Capitol Building, making our weekend city strolls fun and convenient while staying in a spacious and comfortable room with friendly staff who really made us feel welcome.

Overall great and quiet hotel, great meals.

Nice building and rooms with decent complimentary breakfast. Very good breakfast with plenty of food, attentive staff.
